        Wheat starch water is less than 14%, ash (dry base) is less than 0.30%, less than 0.40% protein (dry basis), fat (dry basis) is less than 0.10%, less than 3 /cm - spots, white degree is larger than 91%;

        Potato starch water is less than 20%, less than 0.40% ash (dry base), protein (dry basis) is less than 0.15%, less than 5 /cm - spots, white degree is larger than 90%; the conductivity is less than or equal to 150%;

        Cassava starch water is less than 14%, less than 0.30% ash (dry base), protein (dry basis) is less than 0.30%, less than 6 /cm - spots, white degree is larger than 88%; hydrogen cyanide is less than or equal to 10%;

        Other edible starch water is less than or equal to 20%.
